These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Thida website at thidao.biz and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services We Provide

Thida provides inheritance and estate legal services in Thailand, including guidance consultations, estate records support, and full estate representation. Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for obtaining advice specific to your situation from a qualified legal professional.

3. Engagement of Services

A formal client relationship with Thida is established only upon our written acceptance of your instructions and the signing of an engagement letter or service agreement. Submission of an enquiry form, telephone contact, or email does not constitute the commencement of a legal engagement.

The specific terms, fees, and scope of any engagement will be set out in a separate agreement provided to you before any work begins. We will always explain our fees clearly before you make any commitment.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Fees for our three service offerings are:

• Guidance Consultation ฿2,150
• Estate Records Support ฿6,400
• Full Estate Representation ฿12,300

Payment terms will be confirmed in your engagement letter. Third-party costs (such as court filing fees or notarisation charges) are charged separately and will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel an engagement, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will charge only for work completed to the point of cancellation, calculated on a fair and reasonable basis. Where a fixed fee has been paid and no work has been undertaken, we will refund the full amount less any administrative costs incurred.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential, in accordance with our professional obligations and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to provide the services you have requested.

7. Professional Standards

Thida operates in accordance with the applicable laws and professional standards governing legal practice in Thailand. Our advisers maintain the knowledge and skills appropriate to the services they provide and are committed to acting in your best interests at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thida's liability in connection with the services we provide is limited to the fees paid by you for those specific services. We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or from decisions you make based on information provided during a general consultation before a formal engagement is established.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with other users. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. We may update or withdraw content at any time without notice.
