Things People Often Ask

What happens at a first meeting?
We start by simply listening. You tell us what you know about the estate and what concerns you most. We will ask a few gentle questions to understand the situation, then explain in plain terms what the next steps might look like. There is no obligation to take things further after an initial meeting.
How long does an inheritance matter typically take?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the estate and the completeness of existing documents. A straightforward matter may be resolved within a few weeks. Where formal proceedings or multiple parties are involved, it can take several months. We will give you an honest sense of timing after reviewing the details.
What documents should I bring to a consultation?
Bring whatever you have — a will, a list of assets, any correspondence from a court or government office, and the deceased's identification documents if available. If you have nothing yet, that is also fine. We can help you understand what will be needed.
What are the fees, and when do I pay?
Our service fees are clearly set out before any work begins. The Guidance Consultation is ฿2,150, Estate Records Support is ฿6,400, and Full Estate Representation is ฿12,300. We are happy to talk through what is included in each before you commit to anything.
Is my family's information kept private?
Yes. Everything you share with us is treated with complete discretion. We do not discuss your matter with anyone outside our office without your consent, and we handle all documents securely.
Can you help if the deceased did not leave a will?
Yes. When there is no will, Thai inheritance law sets out how an estate is divided. We can guide you through the statutory process, help identify the relevant heirs, and assist with the necessary documentation and any court involvement.
